Matthew Hollis
Matthew is a graduate of the Environmental Science programme at Southern Cross University and leads both our Environmental Services and Planning Teams. Matt has significant experience in the land development industry with particular focus on impact assessment, environmental management and project management of civil infrastructure development, land contamination/remediation and Intensive Agriculture.
When Matt isn’t working on Environmental projects he’s out in it – riding, running, living it! Matt’s motto is "pain is weakness leaving the body!"
Tim McLean
Tim is presently in his third year of a Bachelor of Engineering Technology majoring in environmental engineering at the University of New England.
Since joining Mitchel Hanlon Consulting Tim has gained significant experience in the preparation of contamination studies, bushfire and hydrology studies, residential set-outs and planning documentation for intensive agricultural industries.
In his free time Tim is either training or playing Rugby, catching up with friends and family and getting out and amongst the wonderful great outdoors.
Kelly Leedham
Kelly is a graduate of the Environmental Science (Hons) program at the University of NSW. Kelly has experience in environmental assessment, intensive livestock development design and planning, and agricultural soil and water management. She has an interest in carbon management and enjoys encouraging businesses to become more energy efficient. Kelly has worked and travelled within Australia and overseas and in her spare time enjoys playing netball and walking with her Jack Russell. Words to live by "bite off more than you can chew and then chew faster!"
Catherine Lockyer
Catherine's professional interests include science communications and ecological studies. Having completed her degree Catherine is now enjoying having her weekends back and spending more time catching up with friends and family and spending time on her family property near the beautiful town of Walcha. Other passions include reading, sculpting and enjoying the wonderful outdoors. Her motto to live by is "You are not fully dressed unless you are wearing your smile!"
